At Nitecore Singapore, we want you to be fully satisfied with your technical apparel and gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier point or schedule a collection through our portal.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
